After having installed the app you can decide which contents to download through checking out the sections "models at the time" and "models until...".
The contents of any model can be deleted to make space for other ordners.
If you want to check out contents of your older model, the "models until..." section will deliver all the information you need. All the information not on display at faires anymore can be found there.
